Our clothes are made with their next use in mind. They fit perfectly in a circular system enabling them to be shared several times, instead of getting disposed. Clothes no longer suitable to be reused are recycled.

Most of the items you select from the RNTD collection are pre-worn, but always in very good (like-new) condition. Every item will be carefully inspected and cleaned before being enjoyed by your little one.
All items are professionally and very carefully washed with an eco friendly detergent, to ensure the clothes are 100% clean and feel like new, every time you rent.
You start your subscription by picking a plan and selecting your favourite items in your preferred colour and size. Add the items to your bag and complete the check-out form accordingly. After you have submitted your order a confirmation email of your order will be send to you and this is the start date of your subscription. By placing your order, you will be charged monthly from your bank account via direct debit.
We will ship your order within 2 working days. We will ship your order and provide you with a tracking code. In the meantime please double check your shipping address and notify us if something is not correct. You can do so by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope you will enjoy your RNTD garment(s) to the fullest.
We ask you for a little fee per swap for shipping your way and we pay for the return costs. Please be aware that only 1 full exchange per size is included in your rental fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept partial exchanges.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. Our aim is to make sure the items keep being circulated, until they’re ready to be recycled.
Please do not use it and contact us as soon as possible to plan the exchange for an item in the correct size. You can access our size guide online and learn more about the fit. In case you are in doubt, feel free to email us at email@example.com for advice. We are here to help you.

Let us know when you want to swap via firstname.lastname@example.org. We now offer a new type of delivery service to our local customers. Your orders can be swapped with the bike carrier. They will deliver your new order and pick up your return at your home address.

You can create a return label free of charge to return your outgrown items here: gray-label-rntd.shipping-portal.com. Enter your Postal code and Track & trace / Order number and select your preferred drop-off location.
Please reuse our box and dust bag. The items you’ll send to us in return, will be professionally and very carefully washed with an eco friendly detergent, to ensure the clothes are 100% clean and feel like new, before being passed on to another little one.
We will charge the fee of the subscription on a monthly base, starting from the day your order is placed. By placing your order you allow us to charge your subscription fee monthly from your bank account via direct debit. This will occur automatically on the same day every month at the rate in effect. Your membership will not expire, unless you contact us beforehand to cancel. Please take into account that the cancellation of the subscription and the return of your items needs to be done before your new rental month starts, otherwise you will be charged automatically for the new month.

Your billing and shipping information is stored in your personal account and can be updated at any time. Simply log in to your account and make the changes.
Rental insurance is included in your subscription, which covers life's messy moments causing stains and tears from wearing, using and crawling. Please do notify us at email@example.com when an item gets damaged and please always return all outfits, no matter in what condition, as we can often remove the toughest stains and always learn from the damage or loss of quality.
Lost pieces and theft are unfortunately not covered in the rental insurance, but accidents occur. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'lost'. We’ll look into the case and surely find a reasonable solution.
Try to remove smaller stains with organic liquid soap.
Wash when needed at a maximum of 30°C, use liquid soap instead of powered soap to avoid stains. Do not tumble dry, air dry instead.
With your first order we provide a little bag of ‘washing peels’ from natural detergent brand Seepje (www.seepje.com). We’re in love with these super peels. They are hypoallergenic and without chemical grits, making your laundry wonderfully clean and soft.
No need to wash your items before sending them back to us. We will make sure to carefully clean your items before being passed on to the next little one.
