The brand was founded by Emily Gray in 2011, with the desire to bring calmness to the hectic world of children’s fashion by designing minimalistic collections in which the purity of a child emerges best. Gray Label strives to integrate sustainable and responsible practices in all their processes. The brand uses organic cotton and works with 100% GOTS certified manufacturers. Duties & Responsibilities

• Create, grow and enable revenues as per Gray Label’s wholesale strategy

• Work target based and maximize sales

• Further develop an effective international network and reach out to prospective clients

• Work closely with key retailers to (further)develop markets and deliver on time and on budget

• Generate order proposals and lead value-based pricing negotiations

• Report directly to the Commercial Director

• Travel nationally and internationally and attend various international trade related shows

• Demonstrable successful sales experience, preferably in the (children’s) clothing business
